Welcome to the reservation system for Osaka Japanese Steakhouse & Seafood, located at 4020 Faudree Rd, Odessa, TX 79765. Our VIP reservations offer an exclusive section, a dedicated server, condiments, and the benefit of skipping the line when all guests are present. We strive to deliver an exceptional experience for your party. Please ensure your guests arrive 10 minutes early, as reservations must begin on time. By making a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to our reservation policy.
Hibachi grills unavailable Fridays 5–10 PM & Saturdays 3–10 PM. VIP Rooms served at regular tables. OPEN MENU For events with 30 or more people, we provide two package options: A and B. If you opt for an open menu, please be aware that payment signifies your agreement to the following: Additional time is needed for food preparation to maintain its quality and freshness. With an open menu, dishes will be served as they are prepared to ensure they remain hot and delicious. ***Package A and B*** The full amount for the selected guest packages will be charged at the end of the event, even if fewer guests attend than anticipated. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

**VIP ROOM RENTAL POLICY**
By making a reservation and checking the corresponding box, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Deposit for Rental:** The deposit made is solely for the rental of the private room for a period of 2 hours.
2. **Non-Refundable:** This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
3. **No Discount on Ticket:** The amount of the deposit will NOT be deducted from the total bill.
4. **Room Usage:** The private room may only be used during the agreed time (2 hours).
5. **Cancellation Policy:** In case of cancellation, the right to a refund of the deposit is forfeited.
6. **Automatic Gratuity:** A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the tickets, even if they are separate tickets.
