OSAKA FIRE CATERING POLICY
To ensure the highest quality and proper preparation of our dishes, all catering orders must follow the policies below:
1. Advance Orders
All catering orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
Subject to availability depending on date and order volume.
2. Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time the order is confirmed.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to all policies outlined in this Agreement.
Cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made.
No refunds or credits will be issued for canceled orders.
3. Pick-Up and Delivery
Customers may choose between:
Pick-Up at Osaka Fire.
Delivery through DoorDash (fees apply according to the platform).
Osaka Fire does not control DoorDash delivery fees or delivery times.
4. Setup and Service
Osaka Fire does not provide staff for:
Food setup or installation.
Serving the food at the event.
Distributing portions to guests.
Our responsibility is limited to preparing the food according to the customer’s order.
5. Portions
Each tray serves 10 guests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to order the appropriate number of trays
and the portion for each guest.
6. Order Pick-Up
For Pick-Up orders, the customer is responsible for collecting the order at the agreed time.
Osaka Fire is not responsible for delays in pick-up that may affect food quality or temperature.
